§ 11-9-13.17. Fines collected. (a) One-half (1/2) of all the fines collected pursuant to §§ 11-9-13.2 - 11-9-13.20 shall be transferred to the municipalities in which the citation originated.
(b) One-half (1/2) of all the fines collected pursuant to §§ 11-9-13.2 - 11-9-13.20 shall be transferred to the general fund.
