§ 1-3-27. Judicial review. Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of the board of appeals, or any taxpayer, or any officer, department, board, or bureau of the political subdivision, or the airports division, may appeal to the superior court in the manner prescribed by § 45-24-63 and the provisions of that section shall in all respects be applicable to the appeal.
