The sum of $22,000,000 of the amount appropriated to the agency for fire company grants under section 1799-E of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, shall be expended for the purpose of making grants to eligible fire companies under Subchapter B (relating to fire company grant program).
