(2) The provisions of ORS 181A.355 to 181A.670 relating to the training and certification of police officers apply to individual judicial marshals trained pursuant to subsection (1) of this section.
(3) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Security and Emergency Preparedness Office of the Judicial Department shall bear the expense of training pursuant to subsection (1) of this section. [Formerly 181.647]
