The study shall also include an estimate of the cost of restoring the property if restoration is necessary, an estimate of the cost of providing access to the property if additional access is necessary, and an estimate of the cost of operating and maintaining the property for at least five (5) fiscal years subsequent to the proposed date of acquisition of the property. A written report of the results of the study shall be submitted by the Board of Directors to the Historic Preservation Review Committee appointed by the Governor to comply with rules and procedures prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to Public Law 89-665.
