In addition to any other name in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number thirty-three between east Sandusky avenue and county road number five, in Logan county only, shall be known as the "Marine Gunnery Sgt. David S. Spicer Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
