Notwithstanding any provision of section 5124.171 or 5124.211 of the Revised Code, the director of developmental disabilities may adopt rules under section 5124.03 of the Revised Code that provide for the determination of a combined maximum payment limit for indirect care costs and costs of ownership for ICFs/IID in peer group 2-B.
This section is obsolete beginning July 1, 2021.
