Except in cases where a chiropractor holds a license issued under section 4762.04 of the Revised Code or is an individual described in division (B) of section 4762.02 of the Revised Code, a chiropractor licensed under this chapter shall not engage in the practice of acupuncture unless the chiropractor holds a valid certificate to practice acupuncture issued by the state chiropractic board under this chapter.
