159G-30. Department's responsibility.
The Department, through the Division of Water Infrastructure, administers loans and grants made from the CWSRF, the DWSRF, the Wastewater Reserve, and the Drinking Water Reserve and shall administer the award of funds by the State Water Infrastructure Authority from the Community Development Block Grant program to local government units for infrastructure projects.
