14-208.13. File with Criminal Information Network.
(a) The Department of Public Safety shall include the registration information in the Criminal Information Network as set forth in G.S. 143B-905.
(b) The Department of Public Safety shall maintain the registration information permanently even after the registrant's reporting requirement expires.
