(i) the amount of money dispersed from the fund and the award process used for such disbursements;
(ii) recipients of awards from the fund;
(iii) the amount awarded to each;
(iv) the purposes for which such awards were granted; and
(v) a summary financial plan for such monies which shall include estimates of all receipts and all disbursements for the current and succeeding fiscal years, along with the actual results from the prior fiscal year. 3. Monies of the fund, when allocated, shall be available to the division of criminal justice services for the enhancement of public information and prevention education efforts including production of print, video and radio advertising materials, brochures, pamphlets and outdoor advertising, or for any other activity or purpose that will aid in the prevention of the exploitation of children or in the recovery of missing and exploited children, as deemed necessary by the missing and exploited children clearinghouse created pursuant to section eight hundred thirty-seven-f of the executive law. 4. Monies shall be payable from the fund on the audit and warrant of the comptroller on vouchers approved and certified by the director of the division of criminal justice services.
