§ 1093. Collusive recovery not to prejudice infant. Where a widow, not having a right to dower, recovers dower against an infant, by the default or collusion of his guardian, the infant shall not be prejudiced thereby; but when he comes of full age, he may bring an action of ejectment against the widow, to recover the property so wrongfully awarded for dower, with damages from the time when she entered into possession, although that is more than six years before the commencement of the action.
