Any money appropriated for pre-kindergarten programs shall be divided equally between the public education department and the children, youth and families department.

Effective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. 126 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2011, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
