This act [24-1J-1 to 24-1J-6 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "County and Tribal Health Councils Act".

Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 57 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
