The division shall adopt and file in accordance with the State Rules Act [Chapter 14, Article 4 NMSA 1978] rules to carry out the provisions of the Transportation Services Act.

The 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, deleted the phrase "and regulations".
The 1995 amendment, effective June 1, 1995, substituted "Transportation Services Act" for "Motor Pool Act".
