The Administrator of the Administrative Services Division of the Department of Administration shall annually prepare and submit to the Chief of the Budget Division of the Office of Finance a statewide cost allocation plan distributing service agency indirect costs among the various agencies in accordance with the principles and procedures established by federal regulations and guidelines. The Chief of the Budget Division shall review, revise as necessary and approve the plan.
