If a room in which to hold the court, together with attendants, fuel, lights and stationery, suitable and sufficient for the transaction of business, is not provided by the State, the Court may direct the sheriff of any county where the session is held to provide a room, attendants, fuel, lights and stationery, and the expenses must be paid out of the State Treasury.
