The several district courts for which separate seals have not been provided heretofore, or the respective judges thereof, by an order in writing filed with the respective clerks of such courts, shall direct such clerks to procure such seals, which seals shall have the following inscriptions surrounding the same. “District Court, ........................ District, County of ........................ (or Carson City),” inserting the number of the district and the name of the county. Any such order that may have been made by any judge of a district court shall have the same effect as if it had been made in open court.
