44-4-1608. FirstNet exemption. This part and rules adopted in accordance with this part do not affect:
(1) the state's ability to use FirstNet, including new services and applications available with FirstNet; or
(2) any obligations or responsibilities related to FirstNet in accordance with federal statute.
