39-12-107. (Temporary) Rulemaking authority. The department may adopt rules to carry out the purposes of this chapter and may coordinate as necessary with the department of public health and human services in adoption of the rules. (Terminates June 30, 2025--sec. 38, Ch. 415, L. 2019.)
