Sec. 6.
The magistrate shall certify on the recognizance the fact of having let the defendant post bail and shall deliver the recognizance taken to the person who made the arrest, who shall cause the recognizance to be delivered without unnecessary delay to a magistrate or clerk of the court in the judicial district before which the accused is recognized to appear.
