Sec. 17a.

The portion of highway US-23 in Presque Isle County beginning at the easternmost intersection of highway US-23 and Evergreen Highway and extending west to the westernmost intersection of highway US-23 and Evergreen Highway shall be known as the "Major Andrew Becker USAF Memorial Hwy".

History: Add. 2018, Act 156, Imd. Eff. May 23, 2018 Compiler's Notes: Section 17a, as added by Act 156 of 2018, was compiled as MCL 250.1017a[1], to distinguish it from another section 17a, deriving from Act 138 of 2018 and pertaining to "Veterans Highway."
