Section 32. The board shall investigate all complaints of the violation of any provision of sections twenty-four to forty-two, inclusive, or of section sixty-five, so far as it relates to pharmacy, and report the same to the proper prosecuting officers, and especially investigate and cause to be prosecuted all violations of sections twenty-nine to thirty G, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight.
The board shall participate in any national data reporting system that provides information on individual pharmacies, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians including, but not limited to, relevant databases maintained by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and the federal Food and Drug Administration.
