§1701. Animal husbandry expert
The commissioner is authorized to employ an animal husbandry expert. He may employ such assistants as he deems necessary, subject to the Civil Service Law. Such expenses in connection therewith shall be paid as the commissioner may approve. [PL 1985, c. 785, Pt. B, §45 (AMD).]
