§1804. Used parts
Unless the customer specifically agrees before installation of the part, a repair facility may not install a used, reconditioned or rebuilt part. [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]
