§1001. Class I licenses

1.  Types of liquor which may be sold.  A Class I licensee may sell spirits, wine and malt liquor to be consumed on the premises where sold.

2.  Fees.  The license fees for a Class I license are:

E. Clubs with catering privileges;   [PL 1987, c. 45, Pt. A, §4 (NEW).]
