§12513. Permit to take baitfish
Whenever inland waters are closed to fishing, the commissioner may issue permits to take baitfish for bait purposes from those waters. [PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
