§10204. Administrative costs recovered; federal and dedicated money
The department is entitled to reimbursement for administrative costs associated with activities of the department performed in support of federal and other special revenue accounts from those accounts. [PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
