§9041. General rules
The board shall adopt rules and establish standards as provided by section 9005-A to administer and enforce this subchapter. [PL 2007, c. 695, Pt. B, §3 (AMD).]
For purposes of this subchapter, manufactured housing includes only housing defined in section 9002, subsection 7, paragraph B. [PL 1993, c. 642, §26 (AMD).]
