§185. Acceptance of sureties to be unanimous; appeal

The acceptance of the sureties offered upon the bond of any public officer must be unanimous. In all such cases these officials shall, upon demand by the party complaining, certify their decision and evidence upon which it is based to the judge who shall decide thereon immediately; and from his decision and order in the premises there shall be no appeal.
