§2114. Grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of license
The state board of examiners shall have the power to refuse to grant, or may suspend or revoke, any license or permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter for causes hereafter enumerated:
(1) Conviction of a crime.
(2) Fraud, deceit, or perjury in obtaining a license or permit.
(3) Habitual drunkenness.
(4) Habitual use of morphine, opium, cocaine, or any drug having a similar effect.
(5) Defrauding the public or attempting to do so.
(6) Impersonation of a licensed sanitarian.
