7.420 Gathering information. As a part of any investigation, study, monitoring, or evaluation pursuant to KRS 7.410, the Office of Education Accountability shall attempt to gather all relevant information before reaching conclusions or making public any findings. This shall include providing an opportunity for the subject school district, agency, or individual to provide responsive information. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Created 1996 Ky.
