426.571 When commissioner may convey real property -- Death of party after sale. (1) Real property may be conveyed by a commissioner appointed by the court: (a) (b) If by the judgment in an action a party be ordered to convey such property to another. If such property have been sold under a judgment or order of the court and the sale confirmed. (2) The death of a party, after a sale, does not prevent a conveyance.
