41.340 Annual report by Treasurer. The Treasurer shall make a clear, distinct and intelligible report of all money received and disbursed during each fiscal year, showing the receipts and expenditures of each year on account of every department of the public service, the name of each state depository and the rate of interest paid by it. The report shall be published annually and the Treasurer shall submit the report to the Governor, the Chief Justice, and the Legislative Research Commission ninety (90) days after the close of the fiscal year.
