39A.015 Definitions and chapter provisions applicable to KRS Chapters 39B to 39F. The definitions and other provisions of this chapter shall apply to this chapter and to KRS Chapters 39B, 39C, 39D, 39E, and 39F unless the language or context of a particular statute requires otherwise.
