381.9117 Construction against implicit repeal of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207. KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 being a general act intended as a unified coverage of its subject matter, no part of it shall be deemed to be impliedly repealed by subsequent legislation if that construction can reasonably be avoided.
