367.93111 Declaration effective until revoked -- Delivery of revocation. (1) A declaration shall remain in effect until revoked by the declarant in writing. (2) A revocation of a declaration shall be delivered to the person to whom the declaration was given or to the designee. Effective: July 15, 2016 History: Created 2016 Ky.
