367.260 Unreasonable investigation. Any person may apply to a Circuit Court for an appropriate order to protect such person from any unreasonable investigative action taken pursuant to KRS 367.110 to 367.300. History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 4, sec. 16.
