362.419 Cancellation of certificate. A certificate of limited partnership shall be canceled upon the dissolution and the completion of winding up of the partnership or at any other time there are no limited partners. A certificate of cancellation shall be in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and shall be filed with the Secretary of State and shall set forth: (1) The name of the limited partnership; (2) The date of filing of the certificate of limited partnership; (3) The reason for filing the certificate of cancellation; and (4) Any other information the general partners filing the certificate of cancellation determine to include therein. Effective: June 26, 2007 History: Repeal the prior repeal contained in 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 239, which was to have been effective January 1, 2008, 2007 Ky.
