36.480 Web publication of information and links to assist military spouses with credentialing. The Kentucky Department of Military Affairs shall publish and periodically update information on its Web site to assist military spouses in obtaining professional and occupational licenses, certificates, registrations, permits, and other credentials. At a minimum, the department's Web site shall provide links to relevant Department of Defense and Kentucky state agency Web sites. Effective: June 26, 2007 History: Amended 2007 Ky.
