311.617 Creation, support, and maintenance of committee -- Authority for administrative regulations. The board may enter into a contractual agreement with a nonprofit corporation or a medical professional association for the purpose of creating, supporting, and maintaining a program to be designated as the Kentucky Physicians Health Foundation. The board may promulgate administrative regulations subject to the provisions of KRS Chapter 13A to effectuate and implement any program formed pursuant to this section. The board may expend any funds it deems necessary to adequately provide for operational expenses of any program formed pursuant to this section. Effective: July 13, 2004 History: Amended 2004 Ky.
