304.32-1591 Coverage for mammograms. All nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, dental, and health service corporations issuing contracts in this Commonwealth that provide hospital, medical, or surgical expense benefits for a mastectomy and that are delivered, issued for delivery, amended, or renewed on or after October 15, 1990, shall also provide coverage for mammograms under KRS 304.17-316.
