304.17A-756 Denial, suspension, and revocation of application or license -- Civil penalty. An application for or an existing certificate of registration of an insurance purchasing outlet may be denied, suspended, or revoked for any reason a penalty could be imposed upon an administrator's license in accordance with KRS 304.9-440. In addition to denial, suspension, or revocation, a civil penalty may also be imposed. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Created 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 207, sec. 4, effective July 15, 2002.
