299.045 Subsequent licensure of assessment or cooperative life insurance companies prohibited. On June 21, 1974 no company not previously licensed shall be licensed to engage in the business of life and casualty insurance as set forth in KRS 299.020 through 299.215. History: Created 1974 Ky.
