286.6-012 Administrative hearing request. Any party aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner under the provisions of KRS 286.6-015, 286.6-035, 286.6-055, 286.6-065, 286.6-700, or 286.6-710 may request an administrative hearing which shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
