286.4-547 Compliance with federal and state laws -- Regulatory penalties. In addition to the requirements contained in this subtitle, every person or licensee shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws relating to financial services. However, the regulatory penalties utilized to address violations of this section shall be limited to those authorized in this subtitle. Effective: June 27, 2019 History: Created 2019 Ky.
