274.105 Contents of annual reports. Each professional service corporation shall file an annual report as provided in KRS 14A.6-010. A duplicate original copy of each annual report shall be filed with the regulating board which licenses the shareholders of the corporation. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
