273.630 Application of KRS 273.600 to 273.645 to existing institutional funds. KRS 273.600 to 273.645 apply to an institutional fund existing on or established after July 15, 2010. As applied to institutional funds existing on July 15, 2010, KRS 273.600 to 273.645 govern only decisions made or actions taken on or after that date.
