260.650 Disposition of fees. All fees collected under the provisions of the egg marketing law shall be credited to the department for use in carrying out the provisions of the egg marketing law. History through 1968: Created 1956 Ky. Acts ch. 121, sec. 13, effective January 1, 1957.
