247.430 Funds -- Construction. (1) The receipt, control, and expenditure of all funds shall be subject to the general provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes governing financial administration of other state agencies. (2) No provision of KRS 247.410 to 247.430 shall be construed as a repeal of any other laws relating to agriculture, but shall be held and construed as supplemental thereto. History: Amended 1982 Ky.
